“This show is all for the fans,” Johno/host explains for his opener. “We will be discussing the past, future and present.”
“We are America’s team. I know there is ring waiting for us, just like back in the glory days, and that’s why we take all the abuse from people. Because there is a ring waiting for us to get there.”
The Dallas Cowboys have had 6 total Super Bowl MVP’s, which is a pretty good number according to Johno. Troy Aikman and Emmitt Smith are the most prominent of the MVP’s.
“Jackie Smith, who dropped the ball in the end zone, never got any crap from Roger Staubach, who just said ‘Maybe I could’ve thrown it higher’.”
Our host, Johno, shares a great story about when he saw Jackie Smith in public, walked up to him and says “Jackie, I forgive you for dropping that pass in the end zone,” shook his hand, and walked away.

Dallas Cowboys cornerback Morris Claiborne (24), cornerback Orlando Scandrick (32) and defensive back Jeff Heath (38) get out run by Calvin Johnson.
“We need DB’s” states Johno, “and I’m sick and tired of people going on about Dallas’s offensive line, because we can’t even convert on third and one.”
“Our DBs can’t guard a three-legged wounded animal. They are allowing receivers to catch balls on third and long, and when the ball is caught, they can’t make open field tackles, which allows way to many yards after the reception.”
Johno believes that if Dallas can improve their defense and get their O-line together, they will win 12 games and easily win the NFC East.
